346 Unlicensed bore drilling
A person must not construct a water bore otherwise than in accordance with a bore driller’s licence that is held by that person and that authorises the person to construct water bores.
Maximum penalty—Tier 2 penalty.
Maximum civil penalty—Tier C civil penalty.
