87A No compensation payable in relation to access licence
No compensation is payable by or on behalf of the Crown to any person who suffers loss or damage because of any of the following—
(a)
the suspension or cancellation of an access licence,
(b)
any error, misdescription or omission in the Access Register,
(c)
the registration in the Access Register of any person as the holder of an access licence or a security interest in an access licence,
(d)
the registration of a caveat in the Access Register.
