1013C Fees—payment methods
(1)
A regulation may prescribe the methods to be used for payment of fees payable under this Act, other than a titles registry fee.
(2)
An approved form for a document under this Act may state the methods to be used for payment of any fee relating to the form, other than a titles registry fee.
(3)
A method prescribed or approved to be used for the payment of a fee under subsection (1) or (2) is an approved payment method for the fee.
