55 Postponement of expiry of water plan while water plan is being replaced
(1)
This section applies if the Minister is preparing a new water plan to replace one or more existing water plans.
(2)
The Minister may postpone the expiry of the existing plan from time to time but can not postpone the expiry for more than 3 years.
(3)
Section 54(2) to (5) does not apply to a postponement under this section.
