This section applies to a form approved by the chief executive under section 1013 as in force before the commencement if the form is in force immediately before the commencement.
From the commencement, the form is taken to be—
if the form was approved for use other than in relation to the water allocations register—a form approved by the chief executive under new section 1013(1); or
if the form was approved for use in relation to the water allocations register—a form approved by the registrar under new section 1013(2).
In this section—new, for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from the commencement.
