115 Effect of disposal of part of land to which application for water licence relates
(1)
Subsection (2) applies if—
(a)
an application for a water licence is made to the chief executive; and
(b)
the applicant disposes of part of the land to which the application relates; and
(c)
at the time the applicant disposes of the part, the chief executive has not decided the application under section 114.
(2)
The application lapses on the day the applicant disposes of the part.
