363 Water bores to which ch 3 applies
(1)
This chapter applies to a water bore if—
(a)
the taking of, or interference with, water from the bore is authorised under this Act; and
(b)
if the Planning Act, the repealed Sustainable Planning Act 2009 or the repealed Integrated Planning Act 1997 required a development approval under that Act in relation to the bore for operational work for the taking of, or interfering with, water under this Act—the approval has been granted.
(2)
However, this chapter does not apply to a water bore if it is used only for water monitoring.
