470 Manager not to engage in other paid employment
The manager must not, without the approval of the Minister—
(a)
hold any office of profit other than that of manager of the office; or
(b)
engage in any paid employment outside the duties of that office; or
(c)
actively take part in the activities of a business, or in the management of a corporation carrying on business.
