360D Operation of pt 3
This part provides for the following to optimise the efficient and reliable supply of water for the SEQ region—
(a)
the preparation of agreements for the supply of bulk services between SEQ bulk suppliers and bulk water customers;
(b)
the making of a code to—
(i)
decide costs and prices; and
(ii)
regulate the way in which entities supply bulk services.
