49 Report on water plan
(1)
Minister must prepare reports about each water plan.
(2)
The reports must—
(a)
be prepared at the times and state the matters prescribed by regulation; and
(b)
state the effectiveness of the plan and its implementation in advancing the matters mentioned in section 41.
