986B Compensation entitlement
(1)
This subdivision applies only if the change is for the environmental update purpose.
(2)
The owner of the water access entitlement is entitled to be paid reasonable compensation by the State for the relevant reduction, as provided for under this subdivision.
(3)
However, the compensation entitlement under subsection (2) is subject to any relevant exclusion, limitation or restriction under this subdivision or subdivision 4.
