1307 Modified application of s 1250L
(1)
From the commencement, section 1250L, as in force from the commencement, is taken to also apply to a proposed dealing for an associated water licence that is—
(a)
an amendment to add, remove or change a condition of the licence; or
(b)
the renewal or reinstatement of the licence.
(2)
This section does not limit the application of section 1250L to a proposed dealing for an associated water licence mentioned in section 1250L(a) to (d).
