Associated water licence taken to be water licence for particular provisions

In force

An associated water licence is taken to be a water licence for the purposes of the following provisions—

(a)

section 369A;

(b)

section 394A;Note—See, however, section 1250G.

(c)

section 812;

(d)

section 1009;

(e)

the Mineral Resources Act, section 334ZP(8) and (9).
