151 Correcting water allocation when recording the granting or amending
(1)
The registrar may make any necessary corrections to the name of the holder of the existing water entitlement when recording the granting or amending of the water allocation.
(2)
For subsection (1), the registrar may require—
(a)
the applicant to give additional information about the correction; or
(b)
any information about the correction, or any additional information required under paragraph (a), to be verified by statutory declaration.
