(1)
The manager may delegate to an appropriately qualified person the manager’s functions under this or another Act.
(2)
In this section—appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate for the functions.Examples of qualifications, experience or standing—
• a degree relevant to groundwater management or geology
• a person’s classification level in the public service
function includes power.
