135 Cancellation of water licence
(1)
This section applies to a cancellation of a water licence by the chief executive under section 132(1)(c).
(2)
Section 134 applies to the cancellation—
(a)
as if a reference in the section to an amendment of the water licence were a reference to the cancellation of the licence; and
(b)
with any other necessary changes.
(3)
The chief executive must not cancel a water licence if a seasonal water assignment notice applies to the licence.
