233 Conditions of allocation notices
An allocation notice is subject to—
(a)
the condition that the allocation holder give to the chief executive, within 7 days after the end of each month, a written return in the approved form for all quarry material removed by the holder in the month; and
(b)
any other condition stated in the allocation notice.
