360V Supply under bulk water supply agreement
(1)
The supply of bulk services, other than the supply of an exempt water service, may be made only under a bulk water supply agreement between an SEQ bulk supplier and a bulk water customer for the bulk services.
(2)
In this section—exempt water service means a water service declared under a regulation to be exempt from requiring a bulk water supply agreement for the supply of the water service.
