1271 Interim resource operations licences and interim water allocations
(1)
This section applies if, before the commencement, interim resource operations licences or interim water allocations under chapter 2, part 5 (as in force at any relevant time) have not been converted or replaced.
(2)
Chapter 2, part 5 of the unamended Act continues to apply, after the commencement, until the interim resource operations licences or interim water allocations have been converted or replaced.
