(1)
Within 21 days after the bulk water supply code or an amendment of the code takes effect, the Minister must table a copy of the code or the amendment in the Legislative Assembly.
(2)
The copy is tabled for information only.
(3)
A failure to table a copy does not affect the bulk water supply code’s ongoing effect.
