400 Compliance with approved baseline assessment plan
A resource tenure holder must, unless the holder has a reasonable excuse—
(a)
undertake a baseline assessment of a water bore in a priority area for the tenure on or before the day stated in the baseline assessment timetable in the baseline assessment plan for the area of the resource tenure; and
(b)
comply with each condition of its approved baseline assessment plan.
Maximum penalty—500 penalty units.
