738U Disposal of public records
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a thing is done under a transfer notice or project direction; and
(b)
the thing is, or involves, a disposal of a public record under the Public Records Act 2023.
(2)
To remove any doubt, it is declared that, for the purpose of section 23 of that Act, the public record is disposed of under legal authority.
