In force

(1)

The chief executive may require—

(a)

the applicant to give additional information about the application, including, for example, a statement of environmental effects; or

(b)

any information included in the application, or any additional information required under paragraph (a), to be verified by statutory declaration.

(2)

If the applicant fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with the requirement within the reasonable time stated in the requirement, the application lapses.
