217B Definitions for part
In this part—duly qualified person means a person prescribed by regulation to be a duly qualified person for stated measurement requirements.faulty, in relation to a measurement device or measurement system, means faulty or otherwise not operating properly, within the meaning prescribed by regulation.relevant authorisation, in relation to a measurement requirement, means an authorisation declared under section 217C to be subject to the measurement requirement.
