581 Minister may require information
(1)
The Minister, by notice given to a water authority, may require the authority to give the Minister information about the performance of its functions and operations under this Act.
(2)
The notice must state the day by which the information must be given.
(3)
The water authority must give the information to the Minister by the stated day.
