986H Regulation-making power
A regulation may prescribe—
(a)
the basis on which a change mentioned in section 986A(1)(b) is to be worked out; and
(b)
the basis on which compensation for the decreased value of water access entitlements is to be worked out; and
(c)
the way compensation under this part is to be paid.
