1190 Stated amendments of water resource plan
(1)
Subsection (2) applies if a water resource plan states that an amendment of a stated type may be made to the plan by amendment under section 57 and the statement was in the plan immediately before the commencement.
(2)
Old section 57(b) continues to apply to the amendment as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
