439 Continuation of underground water obligations
A resource tenure holder’s obligation to give a final report under section 374, and the holder’s underground water obligations, continue to apply despite the ending of the tenure.
Note—For access to the relevant land after the tenure ends to allow a resource tenure holder to comply with the holder’s underground water obligations, see section 441.
