390 Compliance with approved reports
(1)
Each of the following resource tenure holders must comply with an approved underground water impact report, unless the holder has a reasonable excuse—
(a)
for a report about a cumulative management area—each responsible tenure holder for a report obligation;
(b)
for a report about a resource tenure—the holder of the resource tenure.
Maximum penalty—1,665 penalty units.
(2)
The holder of the resource tenure to which a final report relates must comply with the final report, unless the holder has a reasonable excuse.Maximum penalty—1,665 penalty units.
