974 Measurement contractor’s identity card
(1)
The chief executive must give each measurement contractor an identity card.
(2)
The identity card must—
(a)
contain a recent photo of the measurement contractor; and
(b)
be signed by the measurement contractor; and
(c)
identify the person as a measurement contractor under this Act; and
(d)
state an expiry date.
