465 Eligibility for appointment
A person is eligible to be appointed as manager if the person has—
(a)
appropriate qualifications relevant to underground water assessment and management or geology; andExample of an appropriate qualification—a degree relevant to groundwater management or geology
(b)
experience relevant to the functions of the office.
