862 Who may apply for internal review
(1)
An interested person may apply for a review (an internal review) of an original decision mentioned in—
(a)
section 851(1)—to the chief executive (the reviewer); or
(b)
section 851(3)—to the chief executive officer of the category 2 water authority (also the reviewer).
(2)
The application must be—
(a)
in the approved form; and
(b)
supported by enough information to enable the reviewer to decide the application.
