573 Exemption from rates
Despite section 572(2)(b), a water authority can not make and levy rates for water activities for the following land—
(a)
unoccupied State land;
(b)
unallocated State land reserved for a public purpose;
(c)
land occupied by the State, other than land leased by the State from a person;
(d)
land prescribed under a regulation for this section.
