468 Powers of the manager
(1)
The manager may exercise—
(a)
the powers necessary or convenient for performing the manager’s functions under this Act or another Act; and
(b)
all other powers necessary or convenient for discharging the obligations imposed on the manager under this Act or another Act.
(2)
Also, the manager may exercise the powers of the office.
