Deciding application to transfer licence

In force

The chief executive must decide the application within 30 business days after—

(a)

if the chief executive does not request further information about the application under section 189—the day the chief executive received the application; or

(b)

if the chief executive requests further information about the application under section 189—the day the chief executive receives the information.
