226 Ownership and management of certain quarry material
Despite the Forestry Act 1959—
(a)
quarry material that is in the part of a watercourse or lake that is the property of the State, is the property of the State; andNote—See the Land Act 1994, chapter 1, part 4, division 3 in relation to the ownership by the State of land adjoining a non-tidal boundary (watercourse).
(b)
all quarry material is under the control of the chief executive.
