103 Authorisation to take water for stock or domestic purposes may be limited
An owner of land may take water from a watercourse, lake or spring for stock or domestic purposes if—
(a)
for a watercourse, lake or spring located in the plan area for a water plan—the water is taken from a location, and in the way, stated in the plan; or
(b)
otherwise—the water is taken from a location, and in the way, prescribed by regulation.
