1110 Application of div 2
This division applies—
(a)
if the commercialised business unit previously within the department and known as State Water Projects (the corporatised entity) was corporatised under the Government Owned Corporations Act 1993 before the commencement of this division—on the commencement; or
(b)
if the commercialised business unit within the department known as State Water Projects (the corporatised entity) is corporatised under the Government Owned Corporations Act 1993 on or after the commencement—the day the corporatised entity is corporatised.
