56 Publication of new expiry date for plan
(1)
If the Minister decides to postpone the expiry of a water plan under section 54 or 55, the Minister must publish a notice in the gazette stating the new expiry date for the plan.
(2)
A notice under subsection (1) is subordinate legislation.
