42 Minister may prepare a water plan
(1)
The Minister may prepare a water plan for any part of Queensland.
(2)
Two plans may have effect for the same part of Queensland at the same time if each relates to a different type of water.
Example—There may be 2 plans applying to the same part of Queensland where 1 relates to surface water and the other to underground water.
