131A Effect of disposal of part of land relating to particular dealing with water licence
(1)
This section applies to a proposed dealing, with a water licence, to which section 131 applies, if—
(a)
the applicant for the dealing disposes of part of the land to which the application relates; and
(b)
at the time the applicant disposes of the part, the chief executive has not decided the application under subsection 131.
(2)
The application lapses on the day the applicant disposes of the part.
