217H Record keeping requirements
A regulation may prescribe requirements about—
(a)
the records that a holder of a relevant authorisation must keep in relation to the measurement requirements; and
(b)
giving copies of the records to the chief executive.
Note—The regulation may create offences against the regulation—see section 1014(2)(b).
