204 Purpose of div 6
(1)
Under this division, the chief executive may grant an operations licence for a single operation for taking water by a person as an agent for 2 or more water entitlement holders.
(2)
An operations licence—
(a)
must state the water entitlements to which the licence relates; and
(b)
must state the volumes, rates and times when the water may be taken; and
(c)
may be transferred, amended, suspended or cancelled.
