366 Obligation to use best endeavours to obtain approvals
(1)
A resource tenure holder must use its best endeavours to obtain any approval necessary to comply with its obligations under this chapter.
(2)
In this section—approval includes a licence, permit, authorisation, consent, permission or other authority required under this Act or another Act.
