In forceForm and validity of certificate
160 Form and validity of certificate
A certificate under sections 157 and 159—
(a)
must be in the approved form; and
(b)
remains valid—
(i)
until the date stated in the certificate; or
(ii)
if the certificate does not state a date—for 40 business days.
