Water Act 2000

The manager may make payments from the Groundwater Impact Assessment Fund under subsection (2).

A payment from the fund must be for 1 or more of the following—

paying expenses incurred by the office in administering the office or performing the functions of the office;

paying expenses incurred by the manager in performing the manager’s functions;

paying fees or expenses related to administering the fund;

paying other amounts required or permitted under this Act or another Act to be paid out of the fund.
