Administrative Changes Orders 1977–2023

A reference in the definition of Chief Executive Officer in any of the following provisions to the Chief Executive Officer of Safety, Return to Work and Support holding office under Chapter 1A of the former Act is to be construed as a reference to the person employed in the Department of Finance and Services as the Chief Executive Officer of Safety, Return to Work and Support—

section 3 of the Motor Accidents Compensation Act 1999,

section 3 (1) of the Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Act 2006,

section 3 (1) of the Safety, Return to Work and Support Board Act 2012,

section 4 (1) of the Sporting Injuries Insurance Act 1978,

section 4 (1) of the Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensation Act 1998.
