2-oc.223 2 Construction of certain references to Minister for Natural Resources
(1)
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Natural Resources is to be construed, if used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Lands, as a reference to the Minister for Lands.
(2)
In this clause—
document means any Act or statutory instrument, or any other instrument, or any contract or agreement.
