4-oc.127 4 Construction of certain references to Treasurer
(1)
A reference to the Treasurer in any of the following provisions of the relevant Act is, despite the 2010 Order, to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Finance and Services—
(a)
sections 7 (other than section 7 (5)) and 16 (2),
(b)
clause 3 (3) of Schedule 5,
(c)
clause 5 (2) of Schedule 5 and Schedule 3 to the extent that it relates to that subclause.
(2)
A reference to the Treasurer in section 20 of the relevant Act is, despite the 2010 Order, to be construed as a reference to the Treasurer or the Minister for Finance and Services.
