2-oc.107 2 Construction of references to Ministry for Health etc
In any Act or statutory instrument, or in any other instrument, or in any contract or agreement—
(a)
a reference to the Ministry for Health is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Health, and
(b)
a reference to the Chief Executive of the Ministry for Health is to be construed as a reference to the Director-General of the Department of Health.
